The hand starter is a kind of mechanical starter, and the total assembly is divided into two parts: the starter and the starter dial.
The starter is mainly composed of a starter cover, a starting handle, a drawstring, a starting wheel, a return spring and a fastening screw. The starting dial is mainly composed of a starting dial body, a starting finger and a torsion spring.
Pulling the starting handle to drive the starter wheel wrapped around the starting rope, the starting wheel toggles the starting dial connected with the gasoline engine crankshaft, drives the crankshaft of the engine, causes the piston to reciprocate, and the combustible mixture in the cylinder burns and expands work, pushing The downward movement of the piston causes the crankshaft to rotate. Thus, the engine transitions from a stationary state to a working state, and the duty cycle is automatically performed. At this time, the starting dial rotates with the engine crankshaft, and the starting finger on the starting dial is disengaged from the starting wheel by the centrifugal force. The starting wheel compresses the return spring while the starting dial is being turned. After the starter starts the engine, the starting wheel, the pulling rope and the handle are returned to the starting position by the return spring.
